Guys, I have some big news to announce on Tuesday.

For the better part of late 2017 and early 2018 Maggie had given little hints and statements about the fact that a Raven Cycle tv series was in the works, produced by Groundswell Productions to be aired on the SyFy channel. The fandom has been churning out all kinds of speculation on everything from casting to possible filming locations to begging for someone to actually write the Murder Squash song. Meanwhile the author has remained elusive on how much of a role she would have in the project and only assured people the project wasn't dead. On Tuesday, September 4th Maggie finally posted this image on her Tumblr and Twitter pages.
Along with the photo she made another post delaring:
"I shoved everything else off my desk this summer to write the pilot for the Raven Cycle show (produced by Groundswell, in development for SyFy) and then slowly died because I could tell no one why I was locked in a tower with my laptop. FINALLY I CAN SAY IT."
At this time no further information has been released and fandom speculation continues to run wild, much to the glee of the author and the fandom. But it is officially confirmed, the pilot episode is written by the series author.
